World Vitiligo Day in Detroit 2013
Today is World Vitiligo Day—for Vitiligo Research Foundation and the global vitiligo community, one of the most important days of the year, the day we all come together to raise awareness for vitiligo.
This year, the principal event in Detroit is sponsored by the Henry Ford Hospital Foundation, co-sponsored by Vitiligo Research Foundation (VRF), supported by American Vitiligo Research Foundation (AVRF), National Vitiligo Foundation (NVFI), Vitiligo Support International (VSI), Vitiligo Support and Awareness Foundation (VITSAF) and Southeast Michigan Vitiligo Support Group.
We apologize for the delay with campaign report and updates due to unforeseen circumstances.
Many thanks to all community members who have worked diligently to get official proclamations in support of the World Vitiligo Day with their officials, including Mayor of Detroit, Governors of Michigan and Georgia.
