Symptom Discussion Tool
The online Symptom Discussion Tool helps you find a treatment option that's right for you. It is fully anonymous and provides a printable profile that can help you communicate with your doctor about your vitiligo symptoms and prior treatments.
It is simple and quick to use – just take a few minutes to answer twelve questions about your vitiligo symptoms. When you are finished, remember to print it out and share it with your physician or dermatologist. You can also choose to save an anonymous copy of your record and update it periodically as your personal wellness journal.
I support the petition to designate June 25 as Vitiligo World Day and save millions of people worldwide from social isolation and persecution.
