Vitiligo funding and Philanthrocapitalism

We have all had that nagging feeling of how can I possibly make a difference with my small donation when the problems are so many? at least once. Even Bill Gates says that his Foundations billions are nothing compared to the magnitude of health problems they are trying to address.

The current state of public funding in vitiligo is depressing, at least. Three existing 501(c)3 non-profits in the US have collected less than $250,000 combined during the last fiscal year.
