Official title: A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo Controlled, Multi-center Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of FB102 in Patients With Non-Segmental Vitiligo

Status: Recruiting now

Description:

Forte Biosciences, Inc. plans to enroll about 64 participants. FB102 is an experimental antibody that targets CD122 and changes IL-2 and IL-15 immune signaling. It is intended to reduce disease-driving T-cell activity so melanocytes can recover and repigment the skin. Possible risks include infusion reactions, headache, and infections; early studies have mainly reported mild or moderate events. People ages 18 to 75 may qualify. The study is recruiting at 6 listed sites in Australia, and New Zealand.
