Roflumilast foam for facial vitiligo

Official title: An Open-label Single Center, Proof of Concept Study Evaluating the Efficacy of Roflumilast Foam 0.3% in Pediatric Patients With Non-Segmental Vitiligo (NSV)

Roflumilast foam blocks PDE4 to reduce inflammation in the skin. Researchers hope it will calm the local immune response and help facial skin regain pigment. Topical roflumilast is sold as Zoryve for several inflammatory skin conditions; vitiligo would be a new use. Possible effects include application-site pain, headache, diarrhea, and nausea. People ages 2 to 18 may qualify. Derm Texas, PLLC plans to enroll about 20 participants. The study is recruiting at one listed site in United States.
