Description:
Yohanes Firmansyah, dr, MH, MM plans to enroll about 150 participants. This experimental treatment uses cell-derived particles and signaling proteins intended to change inflammation and tissue repair. Researchers hope these signals will protect melanocytes and encourage pigment to return. Possible risks include injection or infusion reactions, allergy, inflammation, infection, and other effects that are not yet known. People ages 18 to 60 may qualify. Recruitment has not started yet; the record lists one listed site in Indonesia.
